AnimStream Drops — Promotion Rules

Effective: July 12, 2026

1. Promoter and acceptance

AnimStream Drops promotions are operated by SourceArt Ltd, HE456555, Evagora Pallikaridi 38, 8010 Pafos, Cyprus. By claiming or using a Drop you accept these rules and the Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility and entry

Participants must be at least 18 years old.
No purchase or payment is necessary to spin the chance-based Wheel or win its Drop. Non-random loyalty, referral and post-purchase Drops may require the purchase or milestone disclosed for that campaign.
Drops are offered where AnimStream makes them available and where permitted by local law. They are void where prohibited. Analytics consent is not required to spin the Wheel or retain an awarded reward.
Unless a campaign states otherwise, a verified AnimStream account may spin once per rolling 90-day period and claim each other campaign once per stated eligibility period.
Automated entries, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, payment abuse and attempts to evade limits are prohibited.

3. Wheel of Luck odds

The server selects the result before the wheel animation begins.

4. Rewards and redemption

Percentage, fixed-value and free-Asset rewards apply to every current and future marketplace Asset, including every Vendor Asset. Vendors and individual Assets do not opt in or out campaign by campaign.
A free-item result is fulfilled as one free Asset licence and does not create a Stripe charge. It is not redeemable for cash.
Rewards are account-bound, non-transferable and expire at the exact time displayed in the reward wallet. A Wheel reward normally expires seven days after the spin.
Discounts do not stack unless explicitly stated. AnimStream applies the single valid offer that produces the lowest checkout price.
Eligibility and reward selection may use automated decision-making. When this personalises the promotional price, checkout identifies it before the order is placed.
Rewards cannot be applied retroactively, paid out, sold or exchanged.

5. Referrals, refunds and abuse

A genuine new user who attaches a referral before their first purchase receives 15% off for 30 days. After that invitee completes their first settled, paid top-level purchase of at least €15, the inviter receives €5 off an order of at least €15, valid for 30 days. At most ten friends may qualify per inviter and calendar month. Refunded, reversed, fraudulent or self-referred purchases do not qualify and related rewards may be revoked. A reward already consumed in good faith remains reflected in the related transaction record.

6. Transparency and changes

Campaign timing, eligibility, reward validity and material limits are displayed in the offer or these rules before participation; the exact expiry of an awarded reward is then shown in the reward wallet. AnimStream may pause a campaign prospectively for security, technical failure or legal compliance, but will not alter a valid result after it has been awarded. Server records and the stored campaign configuration version govern in case of an animation or display error.

Public Easter Egg Drops are intentionally discoverable by clicking the live-status dot 5 times or pressing Alt+Shift+D. Participation and awards remain strictly limited by the published frequency for the relevant campaign.

An Intent Rescue Drop is awarded only after the AnimStream server verifies an abandoned checkout or PaymentIntent that belongs to the signed-in user.
